Sea Colony is a quiet gated oceanside community in the Hammock area near Palm Coast. A 45-minute ride from the Jacksonville airport, with St. Augustine 20 minutes to the north, Daytona Beach about 30 minutes south, Orlando with its attractions about an hour and a half away, Sea Colony offers accessibility while providing a refreshing and relaxing retreat. The community is situated off Highway A1A in Flagler County, and is surrounded by parks, recreation areas, and a friendly "local" atmosphere. It is beautifully landscaped, with numerous ponds and direct access to a quiet, natural beach. Enjoy the sunrise from the padded benches, sun or swim in the community pool, or enjoy walking, biking, fishing just steps from your door.

Spacious light and bright furnished home with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, an enclosed Florida room and 2-car garage. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and attached bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full bed. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, cooking utensils, and other conveniences. Washer and dryer, cable TV and DVD player, iron and ironing board, and linens are provided.

A golf cart is also available if needed. If you love to kayak than two are available for your use. Their are locations right across from Sea Colony to put in.

You have access to the beach, the community clubhouse, pool, and spa, fishing ponds, shuffleboard and basketball courts, or horseshoes.

Gated entrance provides 24-hour security 7 days a week. No solicitors are allowed. Enjoy walking to the beach or visit the Oceanside clubhouse for whale watching. There are social activities in the clubhouse in which you can participate, including bridge, yoga, Saturday night movies, and others.
* Right outside the Sea Colony entrance, there is a bike/walking trail that runs the length of Flagler County.
* You will find a selection of world-class golf courses nearby.
* The area has abundant parks, recreation areas, biking and hiking trails, and places to kayak, canoe, fish, and whale watch.
* Washington Oaks Gardens is a short walk or bike ride away, and has trails, gardens, and great places to sit and/or picnic. Often you can watch dolphins in the River.
* See marine life up close at Marineland, 3 miles to the north on A1A, or visit historic Fort Matanzas National Monument about 5 miles north.
* The Flagler Auditorium offers cultural programs, including theater, symphony, celebrity performances. Check local listings for activities, fairs, etc.
* Historic St. Augustine is just 20 miles north.
* Daytona Beach is about a 30-minute drive south.
* Disney World and other attractions are approximately 1½ hours away.

Our Seaside Cottage is a vacation rental home in Sea Colony, a beautifully landscaped oceanfront development with a community clubhouse on the ocean. Sea Colony’s beach is quiet and natural, located near a bird sanctuary and nature preserve. Just outside the Gated Entrance (guarded 24x7) is a bike path that goes along the coast the entire length of Flagler county.
