Pristine beaches, award-winning parks, kayaking, biking, hiking
and shopping.
Flagler Beach
and the surrounding area offer all this and more. Scenic highways
canopied by ancient oaks welcome you as you wind your way around the
back waters of the Atlantic up to A1A. Rivers of grass that form the
estuaries are perfect spots for fisher people, kayakers or birders.

The town of
Flagler Beach is unique for it’s
austere look and resistance to being like everyone else. With a
coastline that borders the town you have views of the Atlantic Ocean
wherever you go. It’s totally unobstructed because there is nothing
built on the ocean side. The old Pier still stands as a testament in
time; you won’t find chains
of anything. Small shops and boutiques
are the hallmark of this quite
beach town. However it doesn’t lack
the choices of quality restaurants. From the seaside cafes, pubs and
fine dining you will not be disappointed.
Heading north we reach our accommodations
With historic coquina rock buildings, quiet rooms, a palm
tree-shaded pool and easy access to some of the finest golf, fishing
and beaches in Florida,
Palm Coast Villas
is a unique and affordable vacation destination.

It’s from here you will enjoy all that this region offers. If
kayaking is your thing then within a couple of miles are paces to
put in for ½ day trips. The unspoiled beaches are right across the
street. Bike paths, hiking trails, parks, shopping, restaurants are
within waking distance.
Eighteen miles north is the historic “old city” St. Augustine
where an afternoon or evening can be spent waking the cobble stone
streets. Just north is
Ponte Verdra where
Guana Tolomato reserve
is.
This amazing weekend has endless choices for recreation. You will
leave asking yourself how soon you can get back to do more and more
and more.
As a final stop Sunday morning can be spent at
Deleon Springs State
Park just a 45-minute ride to the west. Here you can enjoy a
unique dining experience at the historic Sugar Mill all the while in
a natural setting.
ECTS can script any number of activities that suit your weekend.
